Perfect Little Gift

I went shopping the other day just before Christmas (I know. I'm bad). When I came home, I realized how cute a gift this would be! The right kind of goodie-bag for a gal like me. With this little bag of products you can apply the easiest and most effortless/lazy make up. You might want to toss a lipstick in the goodie-bag that can be used both on the lips and cheeks, if you're one that can't live without a little extra pigment. I recommend all things in this post! The bag consists of four things:

Foundation from La Roche Posay -which is  marvelous in all ways
Garnier roll on eye- pigmented and a light consistency. I like
Foundation brush by Mcosmetics- cheap and works good
Fiberwig mascara - absolutely awesome.

Naked Without Them

I have many rings and I like to dazzle my hands with them. It seems that I have collected a little collection, and from it these three stands out. I absolutely adore these rings, thus I have worn them (not all at once!) every single day for the past few weeks. The cross-two finger ring is from Urban Outfitters, the big "amor" ring is from.. Well, I actually don't know and the "Evil eye" ring is from Topshop. They're so simple, yet gothic and excentric. My fingers feel bare without them.

Træsko

I like this outfit. It's so so simple and comfortable, yet it still makes me feel put together. The shoes I am wearing are heels made out of wood. It's sounds uncomfortable but they're actually really nice to walk around in. All of my clothing is from H&M. T-shirt & cardigan= mens section,  tights & pencil skirt= Everyday, Shoes= Pieces.

These tastes so so so good. Ask everyone who got one. They'll tell you the same.
Thank you Elf.

Glitz & Glam

I really want a glittery eye for New years eve! I have this super awesome white/gold-ish glitter pigment from Gosh called "10 Golden Star" and I love it to bits. I've had it for a long time, but I never really use it. The colour is gorgeous, but it's a hassle to work with and the glitter particles gets everywhere. I'm going to coordinate these glittery eyes with another friend for the last day of 2011, so let's see what we'll come up with.

I love this shimmery, wet-ish look that the pigment gives. My camera does not do it justice!

Colour Definer from Maybelline in Satin Dragee to whole lid
Apply Urban Decay's Maui Waui on the whole lid- stop at crease
Then Chopper at the outer part of my lid
(these two eye shadows are very glittery already, so you could stop at this step)
Add a layer of the 10 Golden Star pigment on top of the eye shadow
Apply eyeliner to water line and tight-line
Smudge eyeliner on the top lash line and the outer lower lash line
Optional: run Smog on the lower lash line
Curl those lashes
Apply lots and lots of mascara

Denmark Is Catching Up

I was out dining with my friend. We had already decided upon what food we should have and so we moved on to the drinks. I scanned the page and saw: Mango Lassi! I almost fell out of my chair of excitement, haha. It's an asian yoghurt-ish kind of drink with the taste of mango, which you usually pair with spicy food (thus the cooling yoghurt). Nom nom. I was disappointed though, because they didn't have anymore when I ordered it- which I don't really get, but I guess it's not homemade?

Meh, I'll just try it out the next time.

Denmark's Equivalent To Starbucks

Two weeks ago had a lot of beautiful sunny days. I had some time, whilst waiting for someone special, and so I was glad that I happened to bring my camera to snap some shots of the gorgeous weather! Thank god I did so, because the weather is such a dread now.

In this post I am wearing a top from a brand that I love, which is called: Kimchi Blue. I got a hold of their clothes in Urban Outfitters, so I'm not sure if they have other retailers in Copenhagen. I hope so! I am also wearing a jacket that I bought quiet some time ago at a second hand store, and I heart it as well. I have used it everyday since. I just recently got some flats from them too. I can't wait to wear those babies out!

Yes, but now to the main point. In Denmark we don't have Starbucks (shock!). Or, yes, but only one at the airport in Kastrup, which is just waaay to far away for a cup of coffee. But we do have something else, to make up for the missing of the famous coffee shope: Baresso. It's kind of the same idea, by not only selling coffee but other both cool and warm beverages + cakes and sandwiches. There's a Baresso everywhere, and there is even three on Købmagergade in Copenhagen, which is a short pedestrian street compared to Strøget!-where there is also some Baressos. Their image is different though, but they both remain as an urban treat.
