&Otherstories Beauty Haul

I was super psyched when I saw that &Otherstories carried brands such as Niké, but I was even more impressed by their make up selection! They had cool brands like It Works but I went hunting on their The Balm stand. I have heard so many people rave about these pallettes and seen them on quite a lot of blogs too. I told myself:" You so need to get a hold on one of these bad boys next time you're going travelling", but little did I know that I just had to walk ten minutes from my school.

Not surprising, I'm very impressed by the pigmentation. Application is smooth and buttery and the packaging is top sassy as well.although they are a little big dimension wise, they are sleek and easy to slip in between pallettes or into drawers. The brushes that comes with are rubbish, but it's nice to have the option I suppose. The only thing that I'm a tad gutted about is the Nude'tude pallette, and its selection of lighter tanned colours (if that makes sense lol) that aren't super shimmery. The eye shadows are all very dark/deep colours. Other than that I am glad I invested in these, and I hold Meet Matt(e) dearly to my heart already. It inspires me to try a bolder colour like blue on an every day basis, and who doesn't dig a little colour?

When I saw the creamy off-white pencil I was stoked! It applies like a dream and now I don't have to buy Topaz from Stila (when overseas) as this offers a more natural fresh pop of brightness on the eyes. The supply of flesh coloured eye liners is critical and basically non-existent -in Denmark at least- so yay for &Otherstories. This shade is called Linen I believe.
